Montréal Monochrome presents Anti-oppression in practice: aligning our basis of unity with every level of our work
Designed for the membership of articule, but open to all!
As a follow-up to the training on anti-oppression at the General Assembly of March 3, 2018, where our Basis of Unity was approved, this workshop will delve further into the application and integration of our Basis of Unity at every level of articule's work. Through small group-work, we will identify our current strengths and weaknesses as they relate to anti-oppression practices; we will evaluate our existing policies and structures; and we will create a collective work-plan that outlines future steps and processes that need to be put in place in order to fully integrate the Basis of Unity in every aspect of articule's work. This workshop is specifically designed for the membership of articule, but it is open to all to attend!
This workshop is part of Montreal Monochrome, organized by articule's Fabulous Committee.
