Human Acts  Myung-Sun Kim
23 Jun 2017

This performance explores the idea of revenants returning to tell stories of unresolved, undocumented histories, particularly in the context of Korea’s last century of colonialism, war, violent dictatorship and liberation. The work is a continuation of ideas explored in Haunting in the Flesh and carries forward this speculative fiction-driven narrative asking questions around violence and empathy.

An artist talk will follow the performance, organised in collaboration with Atelier Céladon and accompanied by Korean dishes prepared by Joah Joah.
