Conversations with Another While Being  Winnie Ho (MontrĂ©al)
21 Apr 2017 to 21 May 2017

This durational performance explores the notion of intimacy between strangers and creates new possibilities/orientations of being together in the felt presence of immediate experience. The public is invited to spend time holding hands with Winnie Ho, oscillating between conversation and silence, listening to music and sharing honorable confusions, psychic sharings and telepathic exchanges.

Winnie Ho (SuperHova) is a dance performance artist who juggles with the alchemy of space, feelings and wastes within living and non-living bodies. Winnie creates practices in site specific and experimental settings whereby boundaries between spectator and performer can be dissolved and redefined in the felt presence of immediate experience. Her works allow for digression and transformation through open dialogues and collective intuition. Her durational and site specific works and performances have appeared in Europe (Germany, Sweden, Finland), Canada (Calgary, Montreal) and U.S. (Austin, New York City, Philadelphia).
